These terms and conditions govern your use of AsianDating, an international dating platform connecting men with Asian women across 33 country categories. By creating a profile or browsing member listings, you agree to this dating platform user agreement in full. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

Using your account
Registration on AsianDating carries a few baseline conditions that keep the community accurate and accountable.
You must be at least 18 years old to register, and each member may hold only one active profile. Creating multiple accounts under different identities is not permitted and may lead to suspension of all associated profiles.
Profile details - age, location, relationship goals and photos - must accurately represent you. Providing false, misleading or impersonated information violates this dating platform user agreement and may result in profile removal.
Photos must show your own likeness, without nudity, sexually explicit content or images of minors. Abusive language or discriminatory remarks toward another member's race or ethnicity are not permitted and result in deactivation.
AsianDating reviews reported profiles and may suspend an account that violates these terms. Suspension can occur without extensive explanation; reinstatement requests are handled case by case through support.
Payments and subscriptions

Membership is offered at three levels: a free Basic tier, and two paid tiers, Gold and Platinum. A Basic account can build a profile, browse listings and reply to messages from paid members, but cannot initiate new conversations. Gold and Platinum unlock messaging, live chat and added visibility, with Platinum adding translation tools and priority placement.
Paid memberships bill on a recurring cycle and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, GiroPay, Paysafecard and instant bank transfer, depending on your region - review the price shown at checkout before purchasing.
You may cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Questions about a specific charge should go through the contact page.

The site may link to third-party services; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
To the extent permitted by law, AsianDating is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including outcomes of interactions with other members. These terms may be revised periodically, and the effective date above reflects the latest update; continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
