Data collection
We collect the information you provide directly, plus limited technical data generated while you use the platform. Each category below exists to support matching, verification or account security.
Your profile includes information you choose to share, such as your name, age, location, relationship goals and free-text descriptions of your interests, income range or education. This lets other members review your profile and lets our matching system suggest compatible profiles.
Photos uploaded during registration are reviewed before a profile goes live. If a photo or profile looks unclear or potentially fraudulent, we may request a valid government-issued ID before the account is fully activated. Verified accounts display a badge once this check is complete.
We collect technical information such as browser type, device identifiers, IP address and how you interact with search filters, messages and match suggestions. This data helps secure accounts, detect suspicious activity and improve the profiles shown to you.
When you purchase a paid membership, payment details are handled by our payment processors rather than stored directly on our servers. We retain only the billing records needed to manage your subscription, such as plan type and renewal status.
Data protection
Dating site data protection depends on limiting who can see your information and why it is used. The clauses below cover the main ways your data moves through the platform.
Matching and profile display. Details you provide during registration, including partner preferences, location and cultural background, feed the matching system that surfaces compatible profiles and displays your public information to members you interact with. Nothing marked private is shown outside your profile view.
Verification and moderation. Photos and, where requested, identification documents are used to confirm that an account belongs to a real person and to review reported profiles for prohibited content such as explicit imagery or abusive language. Verification data is not published on your public profile.
Service communication. We use your email address to send account notifications, such as new messages or matches, along with occasional platform updates. You can adjust which of these messages you receive from your account settings at any time.
Storage and access limitation. Account and profile data is stored on servers used to operate the platform and is accessible only to staff who need it to provide support, review reports or maintain the service.
Account controls
You keep direct control over the profile information you have submitted. These controls are available from your account settings once you are registered.
You can review and update most profile fields at any time, including your photos, partner preferences and free-text description.
Any photo you have uploaded can be removed from your profile. Replacement photos go through the same review process before becoming visible to other members.
Deactivating your account removes your profile from search results and match suggestions shown to other members. Accounts left inactive shortly after registration may also be deactivated automatically, without further notice.
You can opt out of non-essential service emails, such as platform updates, while continuing to receive account-critical notifications from your notification settings.
