Similar technologies, such as local storage, serve the same purpose in different formats. Our Android app, currently the only mobile app version available, relies on comparable on-device storage rather than browser cookies, so signing in on the app and on the website through a browser are managed separately. Clearing cookies in your browser does not affect how the Android app remembers your session.

Strictly necessary cookies let you log in, keep your session secure, and support the payment flow when you purchase a membership plan. Without them, core parts of AsianDating - including messaging and account settings - would not function correctly. These cookies cannot be disabled.

Analytics

Analytics cookies collect aggregate information about how pages are used, such as which sections are visited most and how members move through the registration process. This data is combined across many visitors to help us understand overall site performance.

Marketing

Marketing cookies help us measure the effectiveness of campaigns that bring new members to AsianDating and recognize returning visitors so we avoid repeating the same message. They do not grant access to your profile or messages and can be limited in your browser settings.

How to Manage Your Cookie Preferences

Cookie preferences are primarily controlled through your browser. The steps below apply to most desktop and mobile browsers, though menu names vary slightly between them.

  2. Choose to view, block or delete cookies for empoweredtogether.us specifically, or clear cookies site-wide for a full reset.

  3. Return to AsianDating and sign in again; a fresh session cookie is issued automatically once you log in.

  4. If you use the Android app, manage stored data separately through your device's app settings, since app storage works independently of browser cookies.

Clearing cookies may sign you out of your account, reset saved search filters, and require you to log in again on each device. Some interface preferences, such as dismissed notices, may also reset to their defaults.
